Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item is fulfilled by us to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and issued via the original payment method. A refund may be rejected if:
- It is received after more than 30 days after your item was delivered
- Goods are used or damaged
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
